مدرب تصميم جرافيك بخبرة عملية في المجال الإبداعي، قدّمت عدة دورات تدريبية لتأهيل الشباب وتمكينهم من المهارات الأساسية والمتقدمة في التصميم باستخدام أدوات مثل Photoshop وIllustrator. أعمل على تبسيط المفاهيم ودمج الجانب العملي مع النظري لتحفيز الإبداع وتنمية مهارات المشاركين في مجالات التصميم البصري والهوية البصرية.

I have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that align with organizational goals. In my previous role as a Trainer at British council, Tatweer Reseraches, DRC, NRC, INTERSOSS, ACTED, CESVI, USAID, UNDP and many Libyan organization, I successfully developed and implemented comprehensive training initiatives, resulting in increased productivity and reduced onboarding time. Additionally, I conducted ongoing training sessions for existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to improved performance metrics.

My expertise lies in creating engaging and interactive training materials that cater to diverse learning styles. I am skilled in utilizing various instructional methods such as e-learning modules, workshops, role-playing exercises, and multimedia presentations. In my 10 Years of experience in training and organizational development, I have designed and implemented Training of Trainers (TOT) programs focused on improving leadership, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. My background includes:
